Is it possible to change server tickrate with mapvote

I want 40 for CTF and 70 for duel. Is there a mod for this?

Not that I know of but... 70? That's really freaking high even for an intense game of dueling. 40 should definitely get you by 95% of the time. Maybe 50 for a game that REALLY requires it. But then, what do I know?
