could you please turn down that spam interval?
it's very annoying to have a message repeating constantly each minute or 30 seconds i dunno. But it feels like way too much.

just a kind request ;)

Couldn't you only give messages when the round starts instead maybe?
Imo 90 seconds or even 120 is still so 'repeated'. And since the text is clear white is stands out very much from normal chat.

I've not tried to have the messages "once per round", but as there are around ten different you'd get them all anyways and noone many wouldn't see the last ones. So, nope, won't do.

Can't do anything about their color I think. Them standing out is a good feature anyways so they don't get overlooked.

They are there for a reason.

Fenris was very kind to send me this SeverAd. I played around with it and it seems to work only on a repeated cycle only. So, on GD I setting it to 10 minutes.

The only thing I dislike is that it will fire for the time 10 minutes into the round, not at the start, then 10 minutes later again. But it will do what I want it to do, just later in the game. The most you will see it on GD is once, near the end of the round (perhaps twice on the few 20 minute maps).

Imo, once or twice in a round is enough. If need be someone can open the console and read back whatever was blipverted.

Thanks Fenris, its better this way. One question still: what are the late joiners options in the server? It seems to me very little restrictive, with ppl joining very late and still can play in the match.

Only restriction is 50% time.

So, with the usual 18min round time, cou can spawn in the first nine minutes.

First objective is bad for multiobjective maps like e.g. Iraq. (We'd have loved "only-one-objective-left"...)

First non-team kill is far from what we want...

Well we have used 55% time restriction but even so people can join with 2-5 mins left in game so I'm wondering if they are the right options in the ini I've set... Feels like it doesnt matter what I set in this section... (we dont use webadmin)
