Infiltration CD Addresses - Double Check Yours!

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

As most of you who have ordered know, we sent out an email yesterday with your order information, some news, etc. If you placed your order after about 2am yesterday (10/7 MST), you won't have gotten the email - but don't worry, your orders are recent enough that you don't have to worry about having moved. :) All of you placing orders after that time, simply use the Online Address Check to verify your email and physical address. (Please wait a few days before you check it, we download the information from PayPal and enter it into our database, so it takes me a bit!)

Here's the meat of this news update: We have so far received about 40 requests for address changes (after the email - over 100 before it!), which is perfectly understandable - the problem we're having is that about 40 MORE emails were returned as account closed, account quota maxed, or unknown account, etc. We really need y'all to spread the word to people to check their info at the address above! We'll still SHIP to all accounts, but we don't want YOU to miss out on the INF 2.9 goodness. :) BTW, if you can't check your order because your email changed and you don't have access to the old account, simply email addresschange@theonlinegaming.com with your full name, the old email addy and the new email addy. We'll get you updated within 48 hours.

A last note: As stated in the email and on our store site, people have until October 12th to submit address changes and place orders that will be shipped right away when we receive the pressed CDs. Don't worry, anyone who wants to can place orders or change their address after that date, but the CDs (and Ts) won't ship with the rest. If we ship to an address and the merchandise gets returned to us due to a bad address, we won't send the merchandise out again unless an additional shipping and handling fee of $5 ($10 outside the continental US) is paid - additional incentive to get your changes in on time if you want your stuff. (Hey, don't yell at us! We're just trying to make sure this all gets done on time and y'all get your stuff as soon as possible! If we have to ship it twice, the additional shipping isn't coming out of OUR pockets!)
