0 speculation. until rockstar officially announce the PC release it's vapourware.
yes they've come through before but frankly i'll be gutted but not completely surprised if there isn't a PC version.

or maybe they also dream of a WoW sized game in the GTA universe & we'll all be blown away come thanksgiving/xmas

Eh, taking IV online basically solves that.

All they would have to do is add levels

Actually, in EGM, they talked about that very possibility, so don't think it won't happen sooner rather than later.

I dunno about a GTA MMO hey, might water it down some hey since they usually have good voice actors and a decent SP story. Im not totally up on WoW, it could have some kewl campaigns or whatever you call em but I doubt its at the same level as GTA games SP since GTA3.

I guess you can put me in that pile of people who prefer to play when I want to play and not have to deal with all the MMO stuff. You never know though rockstar could put a spin on the whole MMO thing and make it more attractive for gamers like me, oh wait they did that :p

I can certainly see potential for the engine in that direction now, it wouldnt surprise me if they try hitting up the engine market alittle more than they have in the past.

    Unlucky man needs patience.

    Sounds ok to me.

And ****ing crap, I can't even buy the game since it's already sold out everywhere here.

    Better than Oblivion? Unpossible!

Let's just wait until Fallout 3 is released and the new best game in years for half a year or so. Man, the game industry sure is great, releasing so many awesome titles.
Not that I dislike GTA. One of the few really great series recently as far as I'm concerned.

With all these 10s and 100s and amazing reviews that have been coming out lately, I'm concerned about a "2k4 effect." that being that people will start considering that only games that get 10s are worth playing, start expecting that as the norm for what is acceptable instead of acknowledging them as aberrant occurrences, much like 2k4 is considered the norm for the amount of content in a UT game. It's already happened with sales figures. We got a year of blockbuster titles, and now people expect every game to pull a Halo3 and sell a billion copies on launch day.
I don't think reviewers should be forbidden from giving perfect scores, but they should keep it to one every few years or something, lest not getting a perfect score become the kiss of death.

 I nodded off and had a dream where the next GTA had a female character. That IMO would be a good game.

I strolled into Best Buy near my office at lunch yesterday to pick it up. It wasn't difficult.
