UE1 - UT I don't know where to start .help plz

Hi, im just new at this forum bt i play UnrealTournament 99 now for 4 - 5 years
..
and of that 2 years of that time im in a clan.. soo i want to do something back to my clan and makeor get them a skin soo..

can somebody help me making a skin

ok, get a paint program, like Corel Paint shop pro, open unrealEd and goto textures, Click load and click the tex package u want for skin, like for an Xan load BossSkins.utx and it'll load, then export the 5 main components head body legs arms and talk texture, load them in ur paint program, edit them how ever you want, once done, save then Download the UT skinmaker off the internet, then once u got it running, clikc New Project, then click the model, in this case, Boss, then click New Skin make the new skin name, then under arms, right click, load the arms .pcx file you edited for arms, body for body, etc., then save project, once your done, the goto Options and click Compile UTX/INT Files. Then open the UTSM folder and you're skin files will be there, put the int in the systems and utx in textures, then exit everything, open Unreal Tournament, goto player options, goto Boss, the click the skinname and BA-BAMM! you made a skin mah brother...

but you shoulda looked in the tutorial section
