I can't connect to servers.

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Well, the thing is is that whenever I attempt to connect to a server via the ingame browser or Gspy lite, i "connect" but then again I dont. What I mean is that I'll go to the server and it'll laod the map, but I won't be playing. As if I timed out or something. I have no weapon or HUD and I can't Esc out of Unreal, I need to Alt+Tab out too. What do I need to do to connect and play Unreal.

I'm not a spectator. When I enter the server, sometimes there are a few death messages and I can usualy find a player running in place as soon as I can see. I know I've timed out, but man, this sucks...

I don't know if I'll be able to help but it has happened to me before so I know just what you are talking about.
One thing you need to say to start with is the type of connection you are using.

Well, the thing is is that I got a 56K. My friend also has a 56K and we both gave the same ISP and I've installed Unreal and connected from his house, so I don't know what to think.

Have you tried changing your netspeed settings? I don't know if that could cause your problem but it is worth a shot. You said that you did play once, was it on your system?
You should post this on the "troubleshooting" part of this board, there are people there that don't read this part.
Good luck !!
