I have killed everything in sight
(nothing is moving anywhere)
There are two doors that I can't open.
The one to the control room and the one with a push-button up in the garden.
what have I missed?

You need to take a dip in the biowaste up near the gardens - there's a room with a pool of it in the middle that you can get to from Greenhouse C.
