How to turn off the grid in Uedit 2.0?

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Turning of the grid is like writing a death-setence for your map.

I know how, but I'd never learn it to someone.

use the Toggle Grid Drag button at bottom middle of the editor screen. looks like a little 4x4 grid square. But turning this off will be the death of your level unless you are only moving static meshes around. If you have this off while editing your BSP geometry you will more than likely have problems later down the road. Also the Engine has a much easier time rendering BSP when all its vertices are integer rather than floats. Easier = faster Frame rate.

or do you mean make grid not visable but still snap to it? also Grid visible in which view TFS or perspective views?
