How to Start UT2004 server with Mutator???

Hi.. I need Help please
Can someone Tell me how to start a UT2004 dedicated server in windows with mutator? example instagib.

I have in UT2004.ini
[XGame.MutInstaGib]
bAllowTranslocator=True
bAllowBoost=True

Do I need to write some comand in sortcut after command -server .... ???

are you launching the server from gui or commandline?

If you are running the server from a retail (plus patches) install of UT2004 rather than using the true dedicated server package then you can select all you need from the GUI as though you were going to run a listen server but select the dedicated button instead to launch the server.
