How to get on the team?

I would like to be able to make some models for the team...

I can model and skin, though unfortunatly I am unable to animate.

yep thats how i got onto the team. I sent them information about me, what experience i had, examples of work etc now I'm a programmer 'alongside' beppo. YES ALONGSIDE! he doesn't rule me ........ sorry master!
