How do I Delete these UT Mutators?

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

I wished I could get rid of these mutators:

Chainsaw Melee, Fatboy, Flak Arena, Instan Rockets, JumpMatch, No Powerups, No Redeemer, Pulse Arena, Rocket Launcher Arena, Shock Arena, Sniper Arena, Stealth, Team Beacon, Volatile Ammo and Volatile Weapon.

I think they are all UT Mutators and damm if I can find them in the system directory.

I assume you mean from the web admin.
You can't 'delete' them as they are part of the UT basic .u files. You can, however, remove thier references.

Check inside botpack.int in the UT/system directory (open in a text editor), you will see entries like these:

Object=(Name=BotPack.Stealth,Class=Class,MetaClass=Engine.Mutator,Description="Stealth,Everyone is invisible.")

Simply remove the desired entries or put an ; in front of them. I recommend backing up the file beforehand.
Don't remove more than you need, it might have undesireable effects.

Put this botpack.int into you /UT/System directory. Maybe you want to make a backup of you old one before.

edit: damned, instaposted

Okay I had a little problem. They where still there (After editing the file per Yurch and used Cleeus's file). But guess what, when I backed up the botpack.int it was still seeing them. I just call it botpackbak.int - DOH! So I moved it!

Thanks for the help.

Now to find where these are at:
Team Beacon
Volatile Ammo
Volatile Weapon.

EDIT:

Found them in DE.int

Just wanted to add Freaking Thanks again guys. It is SO nice to only have the Inf Mutators listed in the WebAdmin!

I was also running into the problem where I would add a mutator and one or more would disappear! I believe UT451 has that fixed in WebAdmin but those darn EAX users are keeping me at UT440. If I run into one more issue that can be fix in UT451 I am jumping on that wagon!
