How come there are no servers?

Sorry if I placed into wrong topic, i'm new to the forum.
But the question remains, how come when I play online there are no servers to play?

Well There's not much to explain, I click the button to go nline, and when it finally loads, there's no list of servers, I was thinking this migh be because noone on, but I doubt that noone on EARTH would be on.
Btw I can tell it's done loading because on bottom it says "ready"

Check your UT2004.log file. Also make sure you're not running a TC or viewing a custom gametype that nobody knows about.

You must have some type of firewall running that is blocking them from listing.
