How can I activate the cheats in Unreal II?

Please ¿How can I activate the console in Unreal II to use the cheats?

Is a pain in the ass that you only use the Singularity Cannon in the last mission againts 5 Tosc, that's the worst final mission I've ever played, so I want to use cheats to blow up those mercenaries with the S.Cannon and the mother****ing Angels.

I've been reading some stuff about "CheatsEnable" and putting it to true, but where and how I do that.

Ok, now I know how to use cheats, bu the Loaded command doesn't work. I've tried without the () but it still doesn't work.

Who agrees with me that the Dorian Gray mission is the worts final mission that a FPS could have. Only 5 mother****ing enemies and they're killed with one shot and the best weapon of the game is only found there. The game was ok, the enemies, the weapon, all that ****, but, the last mission... WHAT THE **** WAS THAT.

Next to that.... I find that always one of the most lame comments you can make on someone. It is almost as bad as the "I have a higher postcount" kinda discussions.

While we are on the topic of Unreal II, does anyone know if there was a no-cd patch made? Im getting sick and tired of using my cd.
