Ok I've been trying to get the newdanger girl and dangergirl to work but after putting them in I click on them an no 3d image shows also if I needed it I downloaded an installed the utrainergirl as well since they seemed of the same type anyway, after putting all of those in I still can't see the character except for the portrait any idea's?

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. I'm sure SaD will be able to tell you when he gets here... Do you have the original dangergirl model? If so just make sure the files are in the right folders again, then try... Other than that sorry I can't help 
What game do you have ? Unreal Tournament 2003 or Unreal Tournament 2004 ?
I had no probs with the new Dangergirl or TrainerGirl .
Make sure you copy the files to the prober directories .
These three sorts of files are in the TrainerGirl and DangerGirl.zip´s
.ukx -> /Animations
.utx -> /Textures
.upl -> /System
These can be found in some .zip´s , too .
.ka -> /KarmaData
.usx -> /StaticMeshes
.uax -> /Sounds
