    friends! is there any way to flip a static mesh skin in unrealEd, ofcourse except exporting ->editing-> import. By flip i mean flip horizontly or vertically.

    Yes, select the mesh and in the tranform boxes in the lower right of the screen (DrawScale3D) change the required axis to a negative figure. eg from 1 to -1

    can we shear\bend\deform static mash angle wise, not linearly, in unrealEd?
