    I'm not sure if you know this, My ankle is fractured and so is a bone in my foot, both the right foot.
    Any suggestions on relieving pain other than aspirin?
    Any suggestions on excersises that help it heal and allow me to keep healthy for the next month or whatever?

    Didn't your doctor recommend physical therapy? Depending on the fracture, you should be first ensuring that you are not damaging it further by devising excercises on your own!

    step one: get a big gun
    step two: go to the hospital
    step three: hold the nurses hostage for a ton of morphine and an IV drip
    step four: run the IV into yourself and get the happy-juice running
    step five: find one dozen starving crazed weasels
    step six: apply to foot/feet that you wish to have removed

    now enjoy the show.

    Fell off did you? I fell off a few years ago and tore all the tendons in my knee. Generally the only solution for these sorts of injuries is R.I.C.E.
    - Rest
    - Ice
    - Compression
    - Elevation

    They should put some sort of compression on ankle/foot to keep it still, be it a cast or a support. If you've only just done it will take a few days for the pain to go down. Just rest up. Your fit enough by the sounds of things to take a bit of rest. Sorry to hear about it though

    Find somebody to kick you in the nuts. That should hurt enough to make you forget about the little bit of pain in the leg. :D
