I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, since you obviously are having trouble expressing yourself. I'd advise you to be more accurate when you create hyperlinks in the future.

the guy how has the monkey with a gun didnt make sence??? i repeted the same thing 3 times becuase it said i needed more charikters and on-one answerd the god dam question!!!! how do u work skins from skin city online and how do u play as them.

For the first UT, do the following:
1) Extract all .int files and .u files, if any, to the C:\UnrealTournament\System or wherever you installed it.
2) Extract all .utx files, if any, to the Textures folder in the same place.

For UT2004, do the following:
1) Extract all .int, .u, and .ucl files, if any, to the C:\UnrealTournament\System or wherever you installed it.
2) Extract all .utx files to the Textures folder in the same place, if any.
3) Extract all .ukx files to the Animations folder, if any.

If the zip contains a .umod, this can automatically install the skin for UT.
If the zip contains a .ut4mod, this can automatically install the skin for UT2004.
If it is either of the above formats, double click the file, and follow the directions.

Better idea:

Think about what you are asking, post it in the relavent section, make sure it makes sense and don't repeat yourself 3 times as that won't persuade anyone to answer you with anything usefull.

try looking on skincity, google it.
