    Clutch which OS use you?
maybe download utdcv18 from combatmaps and put UTDCv18.dll , UTDCv18.u and UTDCv18dll.u in your ut/system directory

clutch could it be that you rename your infiltration.exe or unrealtournament.exe?
    or delete you your unrealtournament.exe

    so i reproduced your crash
utdc need the unrealtournament.exe in your ut/system directory if utdc can't find a ut.exe it crashed with your error.

Infiltration.exe and UnrealTournament.exe are located in my UnrealTournament/System directory. The file names of the .exe's are unchanged.

I have never changed the file names of any .exe's .... I don't see why anyone would want to.

same here, this clearly is not the problem. could it have anything to do with the version of unreal tournament? i think i am just using the 436.

No, the point is Infiltration.exe is renamed. I don't think there's any difference between the exes, in theory you should be able to start Inf using UnrealTournament.exe and the right command-line arguments.

BTW, just so you rule this out of the "crash" equation... I got this all over my log, but have no problems:

    Code:
UTCHUD: Game description loaded as "InfiltrationUT.InfilTeamGamePlus" from index 5
Log: FactoryCreateText: TextBuffer with TextBufferFactory (0 1 UTDCv18.dc)
Warning: Can't find file 'UTDCv18.dc' for import
Log: FactoryCreateText: TextBuffer with TextBufferFactory (0 1 UTDCv18.dll)
    Log: Execing UTDCv18.dll
