Hello everyone - need some help in finding an old u2xmp map

Hi everyone, I'm looking for the map - Drakk . I think thats the name, some of you will remember it - the alien looking one. I've gone threw the forums and found some post that lead to dead links, any help would be appreciated - Thanks Dman .

I don't think that map ever came out of beta, did it? It's actually a great map for bugspots/mapholes It's also the 3rd largest map ever made for XMP that I know of (Anubis-II and OmniPractice are the 2nd and 1st largest).

Drakk is 17mb!?!?
What do you recommend for the .uz2 files? Should I try one of those utilities, or muck around in dos? I do mean 'muck' - I try to stay away from command lines as much as possible. I need Minigarden, because I'm still in the dark ages of dialup, and I can't get the dl ingame (match always seems to end when I get around 85-90%).

Yeah, Drakk is 17mb, but that's compressed. I think it's like 47 or 48 MB uncompressed. Trust me, that's huuuge for an XMP map. There are various utilities to uncompress UZ2 files. I use a simple command-line utility called TinyUZ2. It's on the unrealadmin.org website here: http://downloads.unrealadmin.org/UT2004/Tools/TinyUZ2

You know, if server admins had been smart enough to uz2 all the xmp maps, people with modems might still be playing xmp...
