"headshot" & "monsterkill" sounds in ut:xmp...?

    ....would be nice to have ( hear ) them ingame...or at least make an option to switch them on/off ;) .

    Also the Holy s*** announcment when you kill a carier next to the arti node :D

    And an option to turn it off incase RGB gets ported :lol:

    As you can hear in the trailer there are already some ut2k4.ons sounds in it ( "Attack Alpha" )...Imho, as long the original gameplay ( movement, weapons, handling, look etc. ) of XMP isnt harmed - improved sounds would be a really nice addition.

    `nother question: will the voicechat be also available in ut:xmp ?

    the trailer also has a land mine gibbing a player. Not everything in the video is actual gameplay material.

    Ye, i know..but the fact that it is in the movie shows me that they actual think about implementing some ut2k4 sounds in ut:xmp...As my point of view, there are many commands, speeches that would improve the gameplay - not only on public server...

    I agree. There are a lot of things that should have been added to the voice menu in xmp, and if they are avalible in UT, then use them.

    It's just a shame there will be no "<== artifact carrier is here" sound

    Hmm, I always thought those sounds were a bit cheesy. The voice pack
    in XMP seemed so much more...mature.

    I vote for adding *cough*cough*gag* to the voicepaks and bind THAT to the use of gas grenades. And maybe a big msg flashing on the screen "OMG GAS SPAM!!!11oneoneshift"

    i want a melee weapon, and there to be a the quake 3 "humiliation", or at least do it for a forcewall kill XD or "K-owned"
