Headcount for Unreal conversion project

Engrand!
I was just wondering how active this place is, if it would be the best place to advertise to start a project. Essentially I have no Unreal modding experience myself, but have a game idea perfectly in my mind and feel the Unreal Engine would be perfect for the task.

Any advice for a confused designer?
