    Really bad screenshot as you dont really get to see the shadows in action to dark, But the idea is cool not much use for a racing mod but could be very useful in games like Counter strike.

    the videos are sweet however and real-time shadows are the future of computer games, afterall UnWheel for UT2K7 (hopefully) will have real-time shadows whether we like it or not

    this thing has potential... however i still believe in the 'same construct' concept of doom3, its just more elegant i guess like no seperate add-inn-able things that you do to get shadows like this

    and isnt this what they are using in stuff like deus ex 2? they have a realtime shadow thing going on in there, just not as cool (or beta-flashy-shadow-looking) as this one

    The flashy shadows have now been fixed, and yes DE2 had them too but they were a lot sharper and looked a bit ugly (then again DE2 had it on pretty much every actor, including movers)
