Have you ever tried beating the sh*t out of an inanimate object?

    Punching bags don't count.
Today I've been launching random attacks at my college bag, one of the zips isn't working, so I've punched it, kneed it, and practiced elbow strikes on the area with the zip on it, I've been told that it won't help the zip, and if I carry on like that, all the zips will stop working properly.

    yes!

  3. sure!
Dad day- broke a monitor once with ONE punch to the screen. cracked a nuckel too at the time as well i think.
bad Week- not only punched but kicked and stomped (both feel no less) on my computer tower. made a hella dent on the side ware the MB straps in. the surprising thing is that except for the HD it all still worked.

i never DID regret doing that believe it or not. ild much rather take my frustrations and anger out on someTHING rather then someONE anyday.

Yeah, back when I used to train heavily in Karate, I went full pelt on brick walls and trees.... If I tried that these days though I'd injure my hand or arm.

Also in a moment of anger, I once punched all the way through an interior door.

I just clench when I'm mad and start fidgeting, this helps in that I end up driving everyone around me crazy which ends up making me happy again. :)

Normally when i get really pissed i lash my headphones real loud and scream

but i once punched my door really hard and kinda put a hole in it

i also blow things up when im pissed off, also self inflicted pain helps take the anger away

I am reminded of a scene from Office Space where they go all out on a copy machine in the middle of a field while listening to NWA, that always gets me pumped

but as for myself, I have been known to throw genesis controllers across rooms, while they are still attached to the system. They should really be built with those situations in mind.

or a motion detector which gives out a nice 1000V to your hand before you have the chance to throw the poor, inanimate genesis controller to the wall.
