i was sent this recently via a friend on irc, it allows you to batch convert huge numbers of images from any format to .PCX, but unlike PSP7 it allows you to specify the colour depth of the converted images...which PSP7 doesn't (as far as i know anyway) so you don't have to go through each one reducing or increasing to 8bit colour for use in UED.
