Gymnastics is art. Not a sport. Scores are based on artistic movements. Not too sporty. Thread open. It's ballet with chalk on their hands.

Being a sport and being an artform are not mutually exclusive. Scores are not only based upon the artsiness of movements, but also whether or not a given individual can physically execute such movements.
