greetings! I have some gameplay questions

I bought UT2004 from the bargain bin and man is this game fun! i cant get enought of the mod and all these awesome mutators!

I have some questions:

1. in onslaught, can i turn the labels off(names) for friendly players? but not the little arrow on top of friendlies?

2. can i turn all the vehicles cross hairs off ?
