Thanks SaD - I just got more released Monday to type with both hands, I can't lift more than one lb for now, sad thing SaD when I was young, I could curl about 100 lbs and benchpress almost 300lb. Only reason I posted this is for everyone, specially Guys don't overlift no matter how strong you ARE! It was incredibly hard to find this on the web too, took forever. :)
