Goodies are too high in Rrajimor mine - help?

Just before you leave the Rrajimor mine to go to the next levels, there is a section of bridgework with all kinds of powerups on the tops of some of the rails. Also a shield belt on top of two full-size crates stacked up. I can see the powerups, but can only find one cannister to stand on and it won't get me that high. It's almost like there are supposed to be jump boots around somewhere. Did I miss them?

I think that the area u are talking about has a lift a few rooms back, u can get on a ledge overlooking the railwork.

The rails are accessed from a balcony above the entrance to this crossroads area. In the previous room, I believe there's a lift from the balcony that a SkaarjScout uses to come down and attack you when you first enter that room? What you need to do is use the lift yourself. To bring it down, go and stand near it on the room side of the balcony.
Ride the lift up to the top and you can access another balcony over the crossroads from which you can drop down on to the beams.

Are you talking about the area just downlift from those damn fans and the forcefield protected room with three yellow cross buttons? if so go where the Skaarj came down the lift to the balcony where two ASMD cores rest and drop to the beamwork. the slide at the end is neat.
