Getting into moding need some help

i wanted to make some new mods for ut2003 like game mods i wanted people to post mod programs and other helpfull stuff if u could just post the link i would be very happy. but plz no spam plz. ok good bye.

Check your third disk. It has all the programs you need to start a mod.

Maya - advanced modeling
Upainter - for skinning
Ueditor 3 - making maps,importing textures/meshes, and unreal script compiling.
