Getting .dll error running UnrealED pls help !!

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

I thought the fix was suppost to sort this problem out.
Hang on, you said you ran it from the existing UT folder.... did you install the UnrealEd from the first CD?
If you did, remove it and install the UnrealEd from the second CD.
You may also have some missing files like comctl32.ocx, comdlg32.ocx, threed32.ocx, IPROF32.ocx, PICCPL32.ocx. They can all be found on the second CD and should be copied to your Windows folder.

BTW, unistalling UT only removes the original files that came with the game and leaves the rest where they are. If in doubt just copy the files you downloaded to a new folder and copy them back over after you've reinstalled.

Hope this helps /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif
