Getting a werid error when staring UT server

    THe error is in BLue (Below), also the web admin is not working. Did work

    Details:
    Work in progress, building UT server
    Windows 2003 SP1
    Unreal Tournament
    Dell GX620 3.2 HT 1gig ram
    Internet connection: 9mb/1mb up
    Mapvote3.04 is working , comes up at the end of game
    UTpure

    Any help would be nice?
