I'm involved in a well formed training simulations startup and I'm looking for Unreal developers to contract with to help us build a prototype. This could turn into a long term gig if our clients request we build a full product.

You need an account to view your link. I don't think many people would be willing to sign up for a site that requires that much personal information without knowing anything about the project beforehand. It seems like an unnecessary middleman.

I've been doing remote Unreal work for companies since 2004 so this isn't just a random noob offering advice. Hope this helps.
