ftp problem - help needed

I have a newbie question concerning ftp downloads from Nali City and File Planet.
Whenever i trie to download a file from one of the sites, the only thing i get is the top of the download page with some html code
in it.
Please help

By any chance does it say something like:

Can't find file:

then the files path?

If so, that means the file isn't on the server yet, try another mirror if this happens.
