Watch me get bitchslapped for this

Is the FOV limited to between 80-100 in UTXMP (as dictated by UT2004 settings), unlike in U2XMP. Or will you be able to use lets say 110 whilst playing?

This came to me after playing on a widescreen laptop :D Where 120 fits perfectly onto the screen :)

fov is not limited [in u2xmp] to 90-200
you can set much lower in your .INI file for a sniper-like zoomed view

as for the limit in utxmp
there is a somewhat well-known fov hack in the ut community, so we'll have to see if fmi addresses that

FOV is avalible for eveyrone, therefore no exploit :p

In normal ut2004 TDM it's possible to have higher than 120 fov (if you type "fov x" in console) so no worries gumby, as long as FMI doesn't dissable the feature that is.

So is the distance hack exploit, and the map holes, and the rate of fire exploits, and the fast reload exploit and there may even be aimbots that are avalible for anyone to download...

    ^^? Scary

Playing with fov 200 is just plain funny! Of no real benefit to anyone :D

How come on TDM you can have a higher fov then?
