Forum Post Attachment Uploads Are Failing

I can not upload the files by "Manage Attachments" recently.

I thought the setup of my computer would be bad, and I logged in and tried from the other computers.

However, "Upload of file failed" is reported too.

I did have a problem with attachments a few weeks ago but I haven't tried again lately. I wouldn't mind be attached to that Santa though.
