FHI bug? OUT but still shooting / incrementing points

I was playing FHI-DesertAssault and used the Levi in wave 16, the Levi got destroyed and I got the message that I was out, yet I could still shoot and rackup points. I couldn't moveand the ground around me looked "fuzzy" (like maybe where the Levi should be)
I should have the server log if it can provide any useful info.

Hmm.. is it possible to reproduce this bug at all? It may have been a one off, Epic's vehicle code isn't flawless. In any case, please could you post the log too?

Once on the level FHI-HillFort I was in the glingor fight ing titans on wave 12 I think and I had 7 health left on the glingor and I collided with that radio tower but, I had jumped out just in time. The glingor exploded and the annoucer said I was out. The scoreboard also showed me as out but I could still run around and shoot stuff like normal. This was in Instant Action. Unfortunatly I don't have the log anymore.
