UE3 - UT3 Few questions

Hey guys!

I'm trying to create a new feel for my mod. I haven't found any tutorial or document about this, that's why i'm asking:

1) How can i make a third-person camera?
2) How can i make melee attacks, like sword slash and so on?

Sorry if i'm asking something stupid, but... i had to. Thanks in advance for the attention.
