Clarification of rank

Feldwebel = Sergeant of the German Army (might be the same in Austria and Switzerland). Hey, and as all of us know, Neo is a notorious killer, so a mean, bloodthirsty Feldwebel seems to be more appropriate than a General for me.

Other clarifications:
Bundesverteigungsminister = Minister of Defence
Hauptmann = Captain
