My fav is a little unreleased gem, Doc knows what it is. But as for released mods, I would have to say Face Off, I just love how polished it is. U4e allright, but no where near its former glory.

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
I don't want to sound self-centered, but I really enjoy playing some of the stuff my team has made, like fraghouse invasion (we used to play the hell out of that with [-will-] and his nifty bandwidth) and our work-in-progress SP mod. 
I liked Face Off as well, the weapons were done really well, but usually, if I'm desperate to play with a mutator or mod that does X, I'm tempted to create it myself.
