Fast Weapon Switch mut?

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
Weapon switching speed, as in how fast you can switch from one weapon to another. It was slowed down in UT2004 from UT2003. I figured there is a mutator out there that would allow the old faster switching speed but all my searching is coming up dry.
It's great for a game-type like trans iBR where you can quickly switch between the ball, supershock rifle and your translocator while swiftly moving through the map and 'boosting' the ball. Anyone who played competitively knows the game mechanics for this gametype worked perfectly with this switching speed in UT2003 but not so in UT2004.
