Enable Cheats on my Multiplayer Server?

In single player you can type "enablecheats" to do things like "fly" or "loaded" or "god". How can I do this in multiplayer?

I remember doing this before, I thought you had edit a file to enable it.

I hope someone can help

You need to log in as an administrator.

Unfortunately that does not work, I have already tried. Also from what I read Unreal 2004 does not even have that option normally. I have found out how to do it though using a custom mutator called Admin Plus. It allows you to run cheats using the admin commands. "admin ghost" etc.

Sorry I forgot that UT2004 was slightly crippled in terms in administration. Thank you for posting a solution for other readers who might be interested.
