Ok so me and nuke were brainstorming and came up with this idea.

One fantasy map.

6+ countrys .

5 -/+ Citys per country.

4+ Soldiers per country minimum.

Unlimited mercs.

1 attack per country per week.

NO patriots.

NO allys.

NO counter attacks. (UPDATED)

40% domination wins.

Mercs may now be assigned to a team in infinite number. A country requires only 1 team member to be assigned and both teams agreeing on more than the minimum of 4 players to play. If both teams wish they may even choose to have a 10 vs 10 battle with mercs on both sides. Mercs may still only play 3 battles a week, and a signup system which allows all players regardless of skill to play will be explained VERY soon.

Each Country has its own private forums. {GD} will provide a private forum that will be moderated by the countrys leader(s) and only be accessable to that countrys personel. Clans may still use there forums if they wish.

Each city will have 3 maps assigned to it associated with the terrain etc. Each country will have its own "theme" desert, jungle , arctic, urban western, urban euro, mountain, coastal, prairie and more depending on number on entrants.

Each country with its citys will be assigned either a NA server or Euro server depending on that countrys preference. All teams that play against those citys will play on those servers regardless of where they come from. If a country takes over an opposing teams city they still must play on that citys assigned server unless both sides agree to use either an NA or Euro server.

If a city is attacked by 2 countrys same week, a forum posting system that will be publically displayed will be available to initiate attacks. A more detailed system is coming soon. Nuke and I have ironed out most of the issues at hand. I am really excited to start this up!

More rules may be added or subtracted as needed. So far 38 people have signed up. Mercs will be unlimited and have there own forums. If a merc company forms they can request there own server as well.

Hope you guys like these changes.

The idea is to have spontanous matches no long training. You can still play every other week and let Mercs handle part of your matches.

If this is still too much you can play as a merc ourself on any level of intensity.

Im thinking of allowing 2 teams to of 4 as they are now to either combine or work together. So they are not completely defunct. Also depending on the order you signed up for the league, you will choose your country. Exception will be TW, since we signed up before the forums opened.

We are going to implement a rule that when both teams meet they may use as many mercs or team members as they want to make as large a match as they want. Both teams must agree on player settings and may even set mutators. Games will be set for the weekend and admins will be standing by to change settings as needed.

If the 48 slots are filled and another team presents itself then another country will be formed. This can only occur up to one week prior to the start of the league.

Not really, we will have 2 servers, and alls you have to do is switch servers. This rule is still under debate and may be removed.

hmm, good point Crowze. But I do like the idea for "counter" attack can be one of the three main game types - DTAS/EAS/TDM. Kind of makes the counter attack have a little extra flavor..

Crowze I currently have euro contacts getting servers ready to have euro servers standing by.

I like the counterattack idea as well but if it doesn't work out it doesn't work out.

You still haven't figured out how DTAS will be fair. DTAS currently favors the defenders. Therefore, the team that defends first will have an advantage in a "Best Of" match with an odd number of rounds.

Making it 1 person captures would make it more fair, since defenders wouldn't have as much of an advantage if at all.
