Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
The exact reason why this happens is:
When you start downloading from redirect, client assumes the total filesize by redirected filesize (compressed file). If the redirect file version was mismatch, it switches over to file channel download (straight off server) without updating the total filesize to the original filesize of the file (non-compressed version). So that's when % goes over 100 when the downloaded bytes goes past the total filesize (the size that client assumes it to be).
