does my pc cant handle it ?

soo.... about ut2k4. 1st my pc specs :intel celeron 2.4ghz ,512 ram ,128mb ati radeon 9600 gamebuster (64bit) , have about 10gig free space for game , removed all unneded aplications ,defrag game/pc , tweak game (ut2004.ini sure too) , all drivers are update,game patch latest , using d3d (no deference opengl or software),all antialising shits are disabled , but get in game about 30 -50 fps , its unplayable... when watch straight wall get 150-200 fps, but when gose open areas its dropes sometimes too 10....in some corridors its playable-40-70fps . badest thing - my friend with lower pc 2.0ghz 512ram and shitty 64mb vide0card can play this game fine. and no big diference-i play on 512+384 or 1024+768 , diference 2-3 fps. oh yea OS reinstalled too. others game like cpma(q3),warsow, qlive,enemy teritory, i can play on 1600+1200 with 70fps :D sooo, any ideas?
