Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. That map was on INForcers back on the 2.86 days. Not sure who did this version allthough, maybe Exar, don't know.
I have a feeling that at least one of the JgKdo guys have this map, as it was on their server a while ago. I'll try and find someone on ICQ.

I have it. AFAIK it has fixed TDM spawnpoints so its more ChillerFIX then Chiller2. Will put it on combatmaps soon.
Indeed Chiller2 was done by me, because I wanted a TDM version of that great map and Chiller was only in DM as far as I know... (don't think there was a Chiller_tdm at that time, that would have made Chiller2 kinda useless).
And indeed Chiller2 was not a good name, should have been Chiller_tdm or something.
But I never got a reply from Angelheart for permission, so Chiller2 remained an unofficial version, which was only meant to be played at INForcers server.
(So there was a reason why you couldn't find it anywhere on the mapping sites...
)
Also, there were some bugs in Chiller2, which made me make a 'Chiller2b' if I remember correctly.... I think I even made a 'Chiller2c'...
Anyways, was fun for a while to have some mad small-map TDM fun...
But please don't use it or at least contact me and tell me what you want to do with it...

I got it by connecting and autodownloading, then extracting. I did not even know it was an unofficial map.
