hehe AH, you have high standards ;)

I don't understand why you have to move. Mapping is a job you can do from anywhere :con:

You're right on Freon, for the life of me I can't understand why these "modern" companies can't figure out a way to employ talents like AH remotely, but insist on having them physically relocate. It's stupid.

If people like Peter Jackson can direct, edit, over see scoring etc through the internet then having level designers work through the internet should be a snap. If it was up to me and I found someone with this talent I would have his highspeed connection done by now, computer system and web cam or whatever is need ready to rock.

    Companies are so strange sometimes.

Of course, we're all assuming that they wanted to hire AH to do mapping.

Maybe they wanted him to run the company or something ;)

    (or make tea :) )

Well, I reckon he'd make leaf tea in a teapot, so that it would look and taste great each time, but it would be quite slow to drink (and some people would be unable to drink it at all due to a lack of appropriate hardware). He'd also probably put in 5 sugars when most people were expecting 1. And he'd start serving coffee, hot chocolate and gin & tonics because he'd get bored serving just one type of drink. And he'd keep complaining that the Tea Maker 2003 didn't have his favourite attachment from the otherwise inferior Tea Maker 1998.

Sorry. Going off-topic. Great map :)

I think it's gamings loss that they can't.

The other day I was trying to explain to someone how great some of the maps in H&D2 were and the only adjective I could come up with was "Angelheart" (as in "It's almost...") :D
