Disapearing Servers

Has anybody else noticed that the gamesdomain servers have disapeared recently.

A friend of mine has told me that they are running RTCW servers instead! They were probably the best servers for UK players, with really acceptable ping times.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the delay in 2.87 and the fact that there seems to be an ever decreasing amount of online players alot of whom say that they are waiting for 2.87 but with so few players online now who can blame the server runners from leaving.

It' s really odd they appwar in my all seeing eye browser but not in the UT (Inf ) browser .......

So they're still there just nobody knows about them any more.... At least I think so ...... And YES they were the ONLY servers on wich I could play without unfair disadvantages with my 56.6K modem ....

I wan't them back!!!!!

I have checked at gamesdomain.co.uk and ALL four are apparently still running is it an ISP problem I wonder?

I am with NTL, does anybody else see them?

Yes I see them in my Favorites but they don't appear in the INF servers ???
I think they may not be advertised anymore.
But they do exist.

It's possible they somehow removed the uplink to the infmaster server... in which case the servers won't show up in the browserlist right away (the infmaster server is queried first) - which means that the other 2000 servers have to be parsed by the in game browser before they show up...

Yep...Apparantly they were just a trial run and are now only available to subscibing members of gamesdomain...although how the hell they get on them is anybodies guess!

Wonders how many Gamesdomain subscribers there are in the small Inf community ........ what a waste ........
