UE3 - UDK DefaultEngineUDK vs DefaultEngine

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

I'm following a few older tutorials and I just want to be sure I'm editing the right things.

I'm told to add:

+EditPackages=MyGame

To the file DefaultEngine.ini

Is this still true for the UDK-2011-11? I have doubts due to mine looking different than the one shown. My DefaultEngineUDK looks more like the one shown.

Also what is the differance between these:

DefaultEngine
DefaultEngineUDK
