custom voice set?

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
I have no idea of how you go about doing it, but there are lots of custom voice-packs floating around the net. So, yes you can do it.

You could try this out (I haven't tried it yet but some people seem to like it over the "right" way of doing it in UnrealEd)

Like skins, only if they have the package installed themselves or if it's on the server everyone will be able to hear it. I use the CARL pack from ATHF (best pack ever made!) but everyone on the servers still hears me as the default male merc.
Other players can only hear the voice packs you download or make if its uploaded onto the server you're playing on. So chances are other players wont hear it, only you.
Another thing you have to watch out for is when you play online with custom voice packs, sometimes AntiTCC or other anti cheat programs will kick you from the server. It gets pretty annoying...
