Cooperative Play...?

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Ok, so I got this friend of mine to buy UT. He loves it now and wants to play the old Unreal.
Being the nostalgic person I am, I figure it'd be fun to run through the single player of it with him.
How do I get it to work though?
When I set up a multiplayer server, I can choose Coop play, but for some reason it makes me start in a deathmatch map...
wtf?

Any+all help is appreciated.

After you highlight the "select game" line under multiplayer just use the arrow keys to cycle through your choices. Once you start a game your friend will need to select "join game". If you need any help in getting you machines connect to each other just ask here.
